KAS Pty Ltd (KAS) and Target Australia Sourcing (TAS) are part of the KAS Group Asia. We are now looking for a Product Owner – Digital Speed for KAS Sourcing Operations team.

Job Accountabilities

• Define a digital purchase order management operating model by assessing the current work processes and other support functions, as well as incorporating improved operating procedures
• Create business & functional requirement specifications outlining implementable solutions that will address business needs while keeping the user experience at front of mind
• Produce product proposals and early-stage prototypes 
• Lead projects from conception to execution phase by identifying the right team,  building project plans and communicating with various stakeholders
• Define objective key results, lead and lag measures to track progress
• Adjust project plans and measures depending on varying business needs
• Breaks down complex business issues and builds strategy around it
• Walks the key stakeholders through the strategy
• Build a roadmap to achieve strategy and deliver on it.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with IT projects/ digitalization experience
• Experience in consulting firms/ sourcing/ supply chain related functions in consumer goods sourcing offices or brands is preferred
• Proven record of managing digital platform developments and building technical products
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience and passion in technology such as cloud technology, data & analytics and BI visualisation tools
• Knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes, systems and daily operations is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to build storylines and business cases, and to work with various stakeholders across different business functions
• Change mindset, who always looking for areas of improvement and changes to make the org better
• Well organized, proactive and good time management
• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
