Our CFC Distribution team

Getting the products we love into the hands of happy customers is what we do best, from the remote countryside to coastal towns and big cities and everywhere in between. As you know, our CFC distribution teams play a big role in our business.
You'll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting product.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Responsible for management and supervisory professionals focusing on tactical, operational activities.
  • Resposibility of planning, prioritising and/or directing the responsibilities of employees.
  • Goal acheivement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and/or indirect reports. 

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

 

  • CFC experience is essential.
  • Computer skills, IT Systems to execute Kmart Planning Tool requirements.
  • Warehouse Management System knowledge & experience. 
  • Able to make and execute considered decisions in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Strong alignment of values and behavours as a leader.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large teams. 
  • Capacity to be an effective and positive change agent, continuous improvement of championing innovation
