The Pathway to Department Manager Program has been developed to support and accelerate the development of our future leaders joining our business. Our Department Managers play a critical role in the execution of our strategy in stores, ensuring our processes run smoothly and our team is engaged and motivated to provide an amazing customer experience.

About the Program

As part of your learning journey, you will complete several workshops, learning modules and in-store activities that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be a successful Department Manager.


This program is designed to help you smoothly transition into the role of Department Manager by building your knowledge of key areas in our stores (Operations, Customer Service, and Processes) and by developing your leadership skills to guide your team toward success.
