As a Senior Product Owner - Digital Stores, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Digital Stores, contributing to a more streamlined and delightful customer and staff experience.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Product Owner - Digital Stores working for Kmart you will:
- Spearheading and overseeing the implementation of Digital Stores initiatives within the Central Operations Function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer-centric principles.
- Working seamlessly within an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of innovative digital solutions and continuously improve processes.
- Demonstrating a passion for enhancing efficiencies and processes, contributing to the creation of a shopping experience that is not only great for customers but also simple to operate for our staff.
- Applying exceptional strategic thinking to understand and navigate the dynamics of the business landscape, ensuring that Digital Stores initiatives align with broader organizational goals.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to define end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring that the digital presence resonates with and meets the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Translating customer needs into actionable product and technical requirements, bridging the gap between user expectations and technical implementation.
- Leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making processes, ensuring that analytics and customer feedback guide the evolution of Digital Stores initiatives.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner is desired but not essential.
- Proven track record of working and leading within an Agile environment.
- Passion for improving efficiencies, processes, and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Exceptional planning, communication, presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of business dynamics.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to define a customer-centric end-to-end experience.
- Ability to translate customer needs to product and technical requirements.
- Proficiency in capturing and using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Leadership experience that showcases your ability to inspire and guide teams towards success.
