We have a magnificent opportunity for a talented Online Trade Manager to join our high performing and collaborative team on a fixed term 12-month basis.  

 

Reporting to the Head of Online Trade, the Online Trade Manager is responsible for maximising online sales growth through embedding and extracting additional value from personalisation capability into online operations, identifying and driving trade experience updates and being a key point of contact for our product and technology teams.

 

Working closely with the broader Online Trade, Product and 1:1 marketing teams, this role will drive online business transformation by identifying opportunities to tailor the online shopping journey, leading the delivery and execution of these experience uplifts and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the most impactful features are delivered Online. The Online Trade Manager will provide input into the decision making of future Personalisation experimentation and Online experience.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Develop the blueprint and drive the adoption of personalisation as an integrated and evergreen capability in Online, through change management and influence

  • Work closely with the Product and 1:1 teams to optimise the way we deliver embedded use-cases to increase benefit potential

  • Build ongoing process and relationships with key stakeholders within Kmart to ensure scalability, alignment, and efficiencies in delivery

  • Drive the continuous improvement of online personalisation and experience capability, utilising data and insight to identify new ways to apply this capability to drive commercial and experience outcomes

  • Develop a robust and customer centric way of analysing, reporting and communicating ongoing benefits of non-feature and personalisation capability

 

To be successful in this team you will have:

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline

  • Articulate with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Strong business acumen, particularly in a sales-focused, customer-oriented or retail environment

  •  Strong analytics and strategy development experience in retail, FMCG or major brands

  • Strong business acumen, particularly in a sales-focused, customer-oriented or retail environment.

  • Strong planning, organization, project management and time management skills

  • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
