Join our dynamic team as a Data Enablement Manager and spearhead groundbreaking Customer Data projects that drive actionable decision making for both Kmart and Target. We're seeking a strategic Data Enablement Manger skilled in orchestrating data-driven transformations, unlocking organisational potential through innovative data solutions. You will be a proven leader adept at aligning business objectives with cutting edge data technologies, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of informed decision making.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Lead the delivery of customer data enablement projects for Marketing, Digital, Online and Customer teams

  • Drive strategic data delivery capabilities to uplift customer analytics and insights.

  • Harness deep agile delivery/project management experience.

  • Utilise a strong understanding of key business levers to drive value.

  • Excel in stakeholder feedback, reviews, and relationship management.

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Intimate knowledge of customer engagement data touchpoints across all channels

  • Expert level data engineering and ANSI SQL experience

  • Deep data architecture / design experience

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong leadership and management experience

  • Highly capable communicator, simplifying complex problems into simple solutions

  • Experience in the retail sector

  • Proven success in delivering highly complex projects within a matrix structure and meeting customer expectations
