Join Our Team as a Product Analytics Lead! Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights? We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead analytics support for our digital/online product teams across Kmart and Target.

 

Reporting to the Head of Customer Analytics, you will define, deliver and drive the adoption of end to end analytics, insights and measurement support for the product function in the customer group.

You will be working hand-in-hand with our online and app teams to  

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Partner closely with the product teams building our app and online products, across both Kmart and Target. Drive best practice reporting tooling, and best practice analytics, to support decision making.

  • Represent the needs of product in the definition and delivery of data enablement and advanced analytics solutions. 

  • Develop frameworks, reporting and tooling to support the process for ideating, defining and prioritising features for delivery.

  • Support the measurement of feature adoption and impact of those features and identification of optimisation opportunities for those features

  • Support the approach to A/B testing design and experimentation.

  • Coach the product managers in designing valid and effective experiments and translate the results from those experiments into actionable insight.

  • Lead a cross-functional squad of individuals to execute on key analytics, reporting and BI. Prioritise their time on the delivery that matters and ensure stakeholders have transparency of priorities and delivery timeframes

 

To be successful in this team you will have:

 

  • 5 years' experience in analytics delivery, preferably in retail or customer-facing domains

  • Proficiency in descriptive analytics, SQL, reporting, and BI.

  • Experience in Digital Product Analytics & Web tooling (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience in Agile methodology and Product management tooling

  • Experience in performance measurement design

  • Extensive experience with structured and unstructured data
