We’re looking for an analytical and curious team member to join our Supply Chain team as a Transport Analyst.
In this role, you’ll help keep our products moving efficiently from our Distribution Centres to stores across Australia and New Zealand, while supporting a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement

What you’ll be doing
Â
As a Transport Analyst working for Kmart Group you will:
Â
- Monitor daily transport performance across multiple third-party logistics providers
- Analyse data and provide insights that support decision-making and improve service delivery
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Support the implementation of transport initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, and cost
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with service standards
- Help identify risks, trends, and opportunities to continuously improve our outbound transport network

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Has 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis , ideally within transport, logistics or supply chain
- Has strong skills in Excel and Power BI
- Is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Enjoys problem-solving and translating data into actionable insights
- Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with others
- Brings curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow
