We have an exciting opportuntiy for a Senior Specialist - Brand, PR and Social to execute the brand requirements in-line with direction from Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships across all touch points, ensuring alignment to creative platform and visual identity, and delivery against commercial, customer and brand objectives. You will translate customer and business insights into effective brand campaigns, with strong attention to detail and the ability to think big picture!

 

What you’ll be doing

 

As a Senior Specialist - Brand, PR and Social working for Kmart you will:          

  • Support execution of brand strategy across all external and internal touchpoints with alignment against creative platform and visual identity
  • Deliver brand campaigns that meet commercial, customer and brand objectives and are distinctly Kmart
  • Support the execution and administration of organic social media channels and PR activities
  • Improve brand governance and business alignment by supporting internal initiatives related to the brand to ensure consistency and alignment, such as internal briefs from other departments
  • Drive brand consistency across all external and internal touchpoints
  • Execute marketing activity and initiatives (internal and externally) across multiple channels

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

 

  • Qualification in Marketing or related business discipline
  • 5 years marketing and communications experience in retail, FMCG or major brands
  • Experience in working on competing priorities and the ability to be flexible as business needs change
  • Strong understanding and experience in social media, PR and brand principles
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and extensive problem solving skills
  • Experience in making a commercial impact, that is measurable and scalable with marketing plans.
