We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Remuneration & Benefits Analyst to join the team.

 

Reporting to the Senior Remuneration & Benefits Manager, this role is a key contributor in the delivery of core cyclical remuneration activity including the annual remuneration review and incentive programs. This role will be also responsible for leading complex and technical remuneration projects and initiatives when required.

What you’ll be doing

 

As a Senior Remuneration & Benefits Analyst for Kmart and Target you will:    

  • Provide trusted advice and recommendations to People &Capability Business Partners in Australia and New Zealand on all remuneration-related matters.
  • Maintain an accurate view of the external pay market through market benchmarking and participating in various salary surveys.
  • Undertake job evaluations using the Mercer IPE methodology.
  • Take a lead role in the annual remuneration review process, including management and update of the compensation module and overseeing equity offers.
  • Support the delivery of short-term incentive programs, including program design, administration and calculations.
  • Play a pivotal role in delivering technical and complex remuneration projects and initiatives.

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building your deep, technical knowledge of remuneration within large and complex organisations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
  • Proven experience supporting and delivering key cyclical processes including the annual remuneration review, incentive programs and salary survey submissions.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading remuneration projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to work at pace, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a high performing team.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors (strongly preferred).
  • Experience completing job evaluations and benchmarking using either Mercer IPE (preferred) and/or Korn Ferry methodologies.
