Kmart are modernising and optimising our end-to-end supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, increase safety, and improve customer and team member satisfaction.
We are creating the next generation of our supply chain, and to achieve this, we will be advancing our technology and our supply chain operations. There will be a focus across our warehouse management, transport/logistics, inventory optimisation, and demand and forecasting systems.
To help us enable the success of our next generation supply chain program, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager that has strong technical experience integrating complex software solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with our technology teams to deploy a cutting-edge Warehouse Management Solution and integrate it within our complex supply chain environment.
- Hitting the ground running at a critical phase in the projects lifecycle as business requirements are confirmed and the solution design delivered.
- Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the delivery.
- Manage the overall execution of the technology workstream.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Successfully delivered technology to large scale business transformation programmes, from RFI/RFP to implementation.
- Be able to work independently and pro-actively engage with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Managed multi-disciplined teams.
- Expert at blending agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Engaged internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Significant experience working in a large organisation, preferably retail or logistics.
- Packaged solution and software development experience.
