At Kmart and Target, we are committed to driving customer engagement and delivering value through innovative loyalty programs. Our team is focused on executing high-priority trade initiatives, including OnePass Weekend and Black Friday, which are crucial to our growth strategy. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the continued success of our loyalty programs.
What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Product Manager for Loyalty, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the seamless execution of our group-level trade initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of loyalty strategies tailored to our unique brand, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of digital customer experience strategies, using data insights to optimize user engagement and inform product decisions.

Drive product discovery, create a compelling vision, and contribute to Kmart & Target's product strategy and roadmap to achieve business goals.

Collaborate with IT, marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate research and market analysis into product development, ensuring alignment across teams.

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of key loyalty initiatives, ensuring their success and alignment with business objectives.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating effectively to maintain alignment and collaboration across functions.

Mentor and lead product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensuring cross-functional team alignment.

Track success metrics, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations while continuously improving products through agile methodologies.
What you’ll have

Proven experience as a senior product manager, with a focus on loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders effectively.

A solid understanding of design and product principles, with the ability to think creatively about how to adapt generic loyalty programs to fit a specific brand context.

Experience working with distributed teams and the ability to adapt to varying time zones.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of company assets.
