We’re looking for a seasoned Revit & AutoCAD Manager to lead the way in drawing template development, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration across our iconic brands—Kmart, Target, and Anko. As part of our Store Development team, you’ll help shape the future of our stores by driving innovation, accuracy, and excellence in architectural design
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Revit & AutoCAD Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our store planning team delivers accurate, efficient, and innovative design solutions.
 Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively manage and maintain generic plan drawing templates in Revit and AutoCAD for Kmart and Target.
- Build and update templates to reflect current business initiatives and store planning requirements.
- Develop and refine automatic take-off templates to ensure 98-100% accuracy in project estimations.
- Provide coaching and training to the store planning team on correct template usage and drawing standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture evolving requirements in drawing templates.
- Support project delivery by preparing drawings for refurbishments, new stores, and business initiatives when needed.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions—including AI—to improve drawing timeframes and reduce errors.
- Maintain bi-annual updates of generic plans and communicate changes effectively to the store planning team.

To Be Successful in This Role You’ll Have
We’re looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong technical background and a passion for retail design.
You’ll bring:
- A Diploma in Architectural Drafting/Design (Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture preferred).
- Extensive experience in architectural and construction industries, including consultant management.
- Extensive experience in retail design and store planning.
- Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with ArchiCAD, Microstation, and SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
