Kmart Group are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Property team as a Property Team Support.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Property Team Support, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our store projects run efficiently and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintaining accurate financial records in SAP and Ariba systems
- Supporting compliance with audit and safety requirements
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests and incidents
- Monitoring project budgets and timelines under guidance
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
To Be Successful You’ll Have
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, project, or retail support role
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Familiarity with SAP and Ariba systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
- Experience in building or property maintenance (desirable)
- A positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
