Kmart Group are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Property team as a Property Team Support.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Property Team Support, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our store projects run efficiently and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintaining accurate financial records in SAP and Ariba systems
• Supporting compliance with audit and safety requirements
• Assisting with ad-hoc requests and incidents
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines under guidance
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  
  

To Be Successful You’ll Have

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, project, or retail support role
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Familiarity with SAP and Ariba systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
• Experience in building or property maintenance (desirable)
• A positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
