Join our growing online customer team to support in the development of our end-to-end online strategy. In this new role to Kmart, you will be accountable for effectively mapping out and building the online strategy. Supporting the ongoing portfolio of projects going on in and around our team. You will be relied on to provide insights and plans around omni channel trends, driving innovation into our online strategy driven from facts and trends to support in ensuring at Kmart we're always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. 

 

This is a 12 month secondment or fixed term opportunity

 

What you’ll be doing
 

As a Online Program Manager working for Kmart you will:          
 

  • Drive the delivery of our online strategy. Ensure project management, reporting and delivery practices utilised align with overarching business objectives. 
  • Effectively maintain a project implementation plan for each project assigned to the wider online team
  • Engage, collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify strategy process, documentation, tools and opportunities across online, merchandise and inventory teams to ensure our projects and ongoing strategy meet the customer need. 
     

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
 

  • Proven experience in leading a PMO team. 
  • Proven ability to engage with and give confidence to senior stakeholders
  • Strong digital project delivery experience preferably in Agile
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and customer facing digital platforms
  • Analytical mindset, strong understanding of industry trends and data analysis
