We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Online Content Marketplace Lead to join our high performing and collaborative team on a fixed term 12-month basis.

 

Reporting to the Senior Online Content Manager, the Online Content Marketplace Lead is responsible for leading the technical, operational & governance rollout of the Marketplace strategy in the Kmart Group for first party product ranges. This role will act as a conduit and collaborate closely with Content, Trade, Marketplace, Ops & Technology teams to setup and manage ranging processes for first party product (Kmart + Target) as part of marketplace and online operations, while ensuring alignment with existing operational workflows

 

In addition, this role will collaborate with Marketplace team on ensuring supplier guidelines are in line with our brand & compliance requirements.

 

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract based across our Mulgrave and Williams Landing offices.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

As an Online Content Marketplace Lead working for Kmart group you’ll:    

 

  • Lead the end-to-end Product Content rollout of the Kmart Group Marketplace Strategy for first-party (1P) products, collaborating across Content, Trade, Technology, Merchandising, and Marketplace teams to establish efficient systems and processes that enable best-practice ranging, optimized for trade, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Ensuring product content systems, processes, style guides, compliance guidelines are aligned to meet objectives & needs across the Kmart Group.     
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace team to ensure third party product (3P) is ranged in accordance with Kmart Group guidelines that ensures a consistent customer experience.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology & Operations teams on the technical & operational rollout of the Marketplace strategy.
  • Identify and raise key areas of risk or opportunity in line with project timelines.

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have: 

 

  • Degree in Digital, Business, Marketing, Communications.  
  • Experience delivering and managing major Project, Product and/or Management of Operational Teams
  • Solid grasp of how large-scale content workflows, product databases, and related technologies work together across an enterprise.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) & Web Customer & Digital Experience.
  • Experience with content systems within enterprise environments (PIM, Mirarkl, CMS, DAM).
