About the Role
Â
We’re looking for a highly capable Marketing Operations Manager to help drive the next chapter of our brand strategy into FY26 and beyond. This is a pivotal role, evolving to lead and streamline the full end-to-end marketing critical path. You’ll be the engine behind our marketing operations—bringing together people, process, and platforms to ensure timely, efficient, and seamless campaign execution.
With a sharp focus on simplifying complexity, you’ll champion smarter ways of working, optimise systems and processes, and unlock capacity across the team. You’ll also lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for the execution of all marketing activity—fostering a culture of operational excellence and creative agility.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Â
- Own the Marketing Critical Path – Lead the planning and execution rhythm across all streams including comms, Category and Content, brand PR, social, and packaging, with deep knowledge of both internal (e.g. merchandising) and external (e.g. media, production) interdependencies.
- Lead Marketing Process & Briefing Operations – Own and continually refine our end-to-end marketing and briefing processes to drive efficiency and clarity.
- Drive Project & Financial Management – Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment to overall business priorities and return on investment.
- Enforce Marketing Timelines & Accountability – Develop and manage marketing activity timelines, ensuring teams deliver to key milestones.
- Optimise Systems & Platforms – Implement tools and platforms that enhance workflow efficiency, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Lead Studio – Manage our in-house studio to deliver compelling marketing assets across all channels—from approved concepts to execution.
Manage External Partners – Build and manage strong relationships with external vendors and partners including agencies, photographers, printers, couriers, software providers and catalogue distributors.

To be successful in this team you will have
Â
- Experience in a retail or similarly fast-paced environment
- A Marketing degree or equivalent industry experience
- Deep expertise in print and digital content production, quality standards and delivery workflows
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and navigate change with agility
- Hands-on management experience in a traditional and digital marketing environment
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and administration capabilities
- Excellent planning, time management, and project coordination skills
- Budget planning and financial acumen
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for continuous improvement and tech-enabled efficiency
- A strategic mindset, with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in project and workload management tools
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans
