We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Delivery Manager to join our team! This role will manage an integrated workload within the in-house Studio and across external supply partners through to final delivery to Media and Production Suppliers. You will allocate and traffic the production of artwork assets by adhering to timelines that have been published by the Marketing Operations Manager.


What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Delivery Manager working for Kmart:          

  • Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of asset requirements, technical specifications and collation for delivery 
  • Ensure adherence with process and timelines by the in-house studio team and supply partners
  • Communicate timeline updates to photography partners and co-ordinate the delivery of assets with photography partners in relation to milestone steps in timelines
  • Assist and enhance the delivery of operational efficiency by rolling out new initiatives or through continuous improvement
  • Continuous evaluation of processes and briefing to enhance efficiency and productivity with stakeholder approval
  • Delivery of omni channel marketing deliverables assets required to deliver to the Kmart Marketing Plan
     

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a marketing studio or advertising agency production environment and in digital and print production for retail, FMCG or major brands
  • Experience of managing channel specifications for print, digital, eDM, static, video, and social channels
  • Advanced working knowledge of project management and workflow tools
  • Experience in workflow tool Monday.com is an advantage
  • Knowledge of omni channel marketing deliverables for use across all media types and the requirements and interdependencies to create them
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets, project briefing templates and automations
  • Experience in asset management (through a DAM or cloud storage)
  • Administration of marketing platforms and onboarding of new team members
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
