Kmart Australia’s Corporate Systems team is responsible for ensuring our National Office has the tools to support Kmart and Target stores across Australia and New Zealand.
As a Delivery Manager you will play a crucial role in the delivery of enhancements to the People & Culture and Payroll systems for Kmart and Target. Leading a small team of P&C Solution specialists, you will partner with our HR and Payroll teams to deliver constant improvements to our people systems and ensure our compliance with regulatory changes.
What you’ll be doing

Leading and managing the successful delivery of projects within our Corporate Systems technology team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Overseeing day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and direction to a team of Business Analysts ensure the right work is being prioritised and delivered in line with ambitious sprint schedules.

Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.

Building relationships with the business stakeholders across P&C and Payroll, through transparent communication.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role working with HR and Payroll systems, with a strong track record leading Agile teams towards successful project delivery.
- Experience defining delivery priorities for HRIS initiatives coupled with the ability to create compelling business cases to support technological uplift.
- Strong people management skills, including leading and guiding teams to achieve project objectives.
- Comfortable working with offshore teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Exceptional prioritisation skills, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
- Ability to build trust and effectively communicate with business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in vendor management, ensuring effective partnerships and successful project outcomes.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, S4HANA Finance, Open-Text, Ariba and SAP Concur is a plus, but not essential.
