We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Content Transformation Lead to join our high performing and collaborative team on a fixed term 12-month basis.Â
Reporting to the Senior Online Content Manager, the Content Transformation Lead is responsible for leading the technical & operational transformation of product content systems & processes in line with Kmart Groups Online strategy. This role will act as a conduit and collaborate closely with Content, Product & Technology, Marketplace, Marketing & Trade teams in building project requirements, sequencing, and managing delivery timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and while ensuring existing operational workflows are maintained. This role will require demonstrated understanding of content production processes, enterprise systems and skills in with product & technology teams.  Â
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract based across our Mulgrave and Williams Landing offices.Â
What you’ll be doingÂ
As a Content Transformation Lead working for Kmart group you’ll:    Â

Lead the discovery and rollout of the Kmart Group’s Online product content strategy collaborating across Content, Trade, Product, Technology, Merchandising, and Marketplace teams to establish efficient enterprise systems and operational processes that enable best-practice ranging, optimized for trade, marketing, and customer experience that’s automated and simple to run. Â

Ensuring content-operational requirements are scoped for operational efficiency that’s optimised for automation and maximise usability with systems and roadmap to support, while ensuring current operations is not impacted. Â

Collaborate with the Marketplace team to ensure third party product (3P) is ranged in accordance with Kmart Group guidelines that evolves and adapts as product content strategy is rolled out.  Â

Work closely with Product, Technology & Operations teams on the technical & operational rollout of the Marketplace strategy.Â

Identify and raise key areas of risk or opportunity in line with project timelines.Â

Synchronise and maintain project timelines between operations and technology teams.Â
 Â
To be successful in this role you’ll have: Â

Degree in Digital, Business, Marketing, Communications.  Â

Experience delivering and managing major Project, Product and/or Management of Operational & Offshore Teams. Â

Solid grasp of how large-scale content workflows, product databases, and related technologies work together across an enterprise.Â

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) & Web Customer & Digital Experience.Â

Experience with content systems within enterprise environments (PIM, Mirarkl, DAM).Â

Understanding of creative content production at enterprise level, including photography, copywriting, product attributes, legal & compliance requirements. Â

Experience in a large scale ecommerce environment with ability to juggle priorities across multiple brands. Â
