Kmart is launching a strategic initiative to transform the online shopping and fulfillment experience, driving both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This project will enhance real-time inventory visibility, reducing out-of-stock items and cart abandonment, while delivery lead-time visibility will boost conversion rates and improve post-purchase experiences.

Operationally, this initiative will help reduce order cancellations, minimize split shipments, and improve fulfillment productivity. The new platform will provide greater stability with less downtime and support scalability during peak periods. Additionally, it will harmonize Kmart and Target’s digital technology stacks, streamlining processes across both brands.

This is a high-impact project where you’ll help shape the future of online shopping and fulfillment for two most loved Australian brands. Join us to be part of an exciting transformation.
