Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of Stores Technology at Kmart Australia? We are looking for Senior Business Analysts to join our Stores Technology team, where we are dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of our hand-held devices, optimizing inventory levels, and creating a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business processes and strategies. You'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of talented business analysts, driving operational excellence and contributing to the success of our programs. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you collaborate with the senior leaders, mentor your team, and foster strong stakeholder relationships, all while contributing to the growth and development of our BA community of practice, and the delivery of high-profile programs of work.

What you’ll be doingÂ
Â
- Leverage your extensive business analysis skillset at the Lead BA level, ensuring a solid foundation in core Business Analysis practices is established and maintained within Kmart’s delivery environment.
- Driving end-to-end delivery across various programs, from large to small, in an Agile environment whilst Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business analysis methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team, conducting performance reviews, fostering career growth, managing team priorities, and driving the achievement of goals as a cohesive unit.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships within the organization to identify valuable business opportunities as well as enhancing vendor relationships to enable greater program success.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Proven experience in establishing and leading a BA community of practice or centre of excellence, contributing to transformative change within the business.
- Exceptional operational skills encompassing scope management, prioritization techniques, and requirement traceability, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities, mentoring, motivating teams, and managing team priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, with a track record of building business and leadership relationships that drive positive outcomes.
- A diverse background in handling programs of varying sizes, from large-scale programs exceeding $20 million to smaller initiatives.
- Versatility in methodologies, with a focus on driving consistent Agile practices, whilst demonstrating adaptability to different program requirements.
