We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Automation and Reliability Engineer to join our high performing team. The role reports to the Assets and Automation Manager

and is responsible for the optimisation of Supply Chain Assets in safety, reliability, throughput, and productivity.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Ensuring DC Operations can process the required volumes at high productivity levels whilst operating safely

  • Identifying and delivering automation and reliability initiatives using of CI Tools and Project Management

  • Ensure assets are maintained to OEM specifications

  • Perform Life Cycle Planning and FMEA Studies on A Class Assets

  • Optimise Maintenance Strategies to ensure very high Asset Availability

  • In partnership with Operations and other optimisation teams identify Automation opportunities to improve safety, throughput and productivity of Supply Chain Assets


To be successful in this team you will have:


  • Bachelor Degree (Undergrad) – Engineering

  • Experience with Supply Chain Automation Systems

  • Contemporary Asset Management experience - TPM / RCM

  • Supplier and Service Provider Management

  • Proven experience in delivering successful outcomes/change initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders

  • Maintenance Management in an industrial environment

  • Proven Supplier and Service Provider management to SLAs

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse management or manufacturing

  • Automation Solutions Project Management experience

  • Experienced in issue resolution and negotiation to drive positive outcomes

  • Continuous Improvement experience - Lean, 6 Sigma etc.
