What you'll be doing:

 

  • Implementation and administer workforce planning methods within Technology
  • Report on workforce capacity and plans to enable delivery programs of work in Technology
  • Provide insights and Identify future gaps in workforce and capability within Technology
  • Develop strategic plans and modelling to minimise gaps that may impact future delivery of Technology outcomes

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

 

  • Demonstrate workforce modelling and planning at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Experience as a Workforce planning analyst within a retail or technology organization
  • You will have extensive stakeholder experience
  • Identifying industry trends experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills
