What you’ll do:
 

  • Manage project delivery across a high performing team who are dedicated to executing market-leading lifecycle and trade communications programs.

  • Oversee project management and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign and lifecycle program delivery end-to-end.

  • Provide expertise and support for enterprise Martech and data enablement practices.

  • Own the end-to-end process of designing, implementing, and optimising personalised omni-channel marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving commercial outcomes.

  • Develop and deliver tailored omni-channel marketing strategies across various channels to enhance customer experience, drive customer retention, and increase revenue through targeted communications.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to deeply analyse campaign performance data, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements to 1:1 communication programs.

  • Manage relationships with marketing campaign owners, the creative team, and CRM specialists, ensuring alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Build, create, and execute strategies to support best-in-class marketing practices and drive overall business success.

  • Plan roadmaps and design sprints to effectively manage and execute marketing projects.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of strategic Martec and personalisation expertise, with a track record of building and evolving omni-channel, 1:1 marketing programs to achieve commercial outcomes.

  • Proven experience building and evolving 1:1 marketing programs to deliver commercial outcomes in enterprise CRM systems.

  • Previous experience managing end-to-end trade and lifecycle programs in Braze (or similar enterprise CRM marketing systems), including building channel capability and implementing email contact strategies.

  • Extensive experience leveraging customer data to drive targeted marketing efforts.

  • Proficiency in HTML for adapting existing templates and building emails from scratch.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions that resonate with customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Advertising, Management, or related fields.

  • Experience building and executing mobile app notifications.
