Our CFC Distribution team

Getting the products we love into the hands of happy customers is what we do best, from the remote countryside to coastal towns and big cities and everywhere in between. As you know, our CFC distribution teams play a big role in our business.

You'll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting product.

 


What you’ll be doing: 

 

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, team building and high performance capability.
  • Substantial logistics experience or senior leadership experience in a retail or warehouse CFC environment. 
  • Demonstrate experience in managing a medium to large team (300 - 400) people to deliver safety, leadership, service and financial performance targets (KPI's)
  • Capacity to be an effective and positive change agent, continuous improvement of championing innovation experience. Leads by expample across the entre Supply chain leadership network. 
  • Knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practice.
  • Ability to demonstrate workforce plan and equipment to meet scheduled workloads, use flexibility provided in EBA to minimise labour costs. 
  • Previous demonstrated experience is strategically executing on operational plans in line with the company strategy, values, budgets and business expectations.
  • Computer skills, IT and systems to execute Kmart Planning Tools.

  • Proven interpersonal skills, ablilty to coach and develop team.
  • Able to make and execute considered decisions in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Strong alignment of values and behavious as a leder.
  • Strong emotional intelligence abilities. 
  • Computer skills, IT and systems to execute Kmart Planning Tools.
  • Warehouse management systems knowledge & experience.
