We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Moorebank Online Fulfilment Centre (OFC) leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the performance, capability and future of one of our most advanced and complex operational environments.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract based out of our new and existing NSW sites.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

As the site lead for Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, you’ll:

 

  • Lead end-to-end continuous improvement strategy, from go-live readiness through to long-term optimisation and maturity uplift.
  • Drive safety, service, cost and productivity outcomes across a highly automated fulfilment environment.
  • Identify and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives, including cost savings and performance uplift.
  • Own benefits tracking and value realisation, ensuring outcomes align to business cases and investment decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
  • Embed a data-led, problem-solving culture, coaching leaders and teams to identify and deliver improvements.
  • Lead process optimisation, layout design and automation performance enhancements.
  • Develop and implement CI frameworks, SOPs and operational excellence practices.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and successful transformation outcomes.

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who brings:

 

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence in large-scale environments.
  • Strong capability in Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx methodologies and a tertiary qualification in related field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics etc)
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and multimillion-dollar improvements.
  • Experience in automation-enabled supply chain, fulfilment or industrial environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong data and analytical capability to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Expertise in change management and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and uplift team capability.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and building high-performing teams.
