As a Data Analytics graduate, you will learn from experts in the industry and have the opportunity to work in the area of merchandise, customer and operational analytics. You will work on real retail problems varying from using Generative AI and Computer Vision for design, forecasting models to predict sales and transactions, optimisation techniques to improve and augment processes and Natural Language Processing for customer, product and competition intelligence. Overall, you will draw actionable insights by analysing data, building models that power the various analytics products and interacting with business users.
As our Data Analytics team is based in our Melbourne National Office and within our Anko office in Bangalore, you will gain exposure to global teams and develop your career further!
About the program
Our 18-month program consists of several rotations within the Data Analytics function with a permanent placement at the end of the program.
During the program, you will participate in practical and meaningful work that has a huge impact on our customers and will allow you to grow your career through a personalised learning program. You'll be fully supported along this journey and work alongside and learn from experts in the industry.

About you
We're looking for a recent graduate to join the team who is innovative, curious, and brings a continuous improvement mindset! Ideally, you will have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences or Economics.
To be eligible you will:
- Have either Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian permanent resident (at the time of submitting this application)
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past 3 years
- Be able to commence full-time employment in Melbourne as soon as possible
