Our Distribution team

Getting the products we love into the hands of happy customers is what we do best, from the remote countryside to coastal towns and big cities and everywhere in between. As you know, our distribution teams play a big role in our business.

You'll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting, and sending products out to the store network.

 

What you’ll do:

As a Team Manager in our Lytton DC you’ll work along side your team and drive motivation to complete tasks, achieve KPI’s and deliver a quick turnaround for our store. You will follow daily plans, site processes and excel in operational excellence. Working effectively within a team environment completing a mixture of individual and team tasks. Liaising with other team managers on site to resolve problems and proactively aim for continuous improvement within your team.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A leader who can maintain effective working relationships with a diverse Team and 3PL providers
  • A hands-on leader, working alongside to motivate their team, while keeping safety as a key focus.
  • Ability to deliver team training, team supervision, set and deliver on KPI’s, in accordance with the wider site KPI’s, manage team performance and execution on initiatives.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Experience leading small teams.
  • Prior experience operating relevant warehouse machinery
  • Previous experience using warehouse management systems.
  • Frontline Leadership experience.
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt communication style as required.
  • Ability to follow instruction, whilst delegating tasks and provide instruction to others
