We’re looking for a Workplace Operations Attendant to join our Property team and help keep our Support Office running smoothly every day.

This hands-on role plays a key part in creating a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace experience for our teams. You’ll support core mailroom and loading dock operations, assist with sample handling across the business, and provide flexible support for events, meeting rooms and general workplace needs.

What you’ll be doing
   Â
- Supporting daily mailroom and loading dock operations, including receiving, sorting and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Handling freight cages, trolleys and parcels, including consigning deliveries interstate and overseas.
- Assisting with the movement, organisation and tracking of product samples in partnership with the Sample Coordinator.
- Supporting events and meeting room setups, including moving furniture and assisting with room and event readiness.
- Delivering building supplies and consumables across the Support Office when required.
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised mailroom, loading dock and sample storage areas.
- Following workplace health and safety requirements and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
- Using digital tools (such as iPads) to scan, log and track deliveries accurately.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in a mailroom, facilities, workplace services, building attendant or customer-facing operational role.
- Confidence handling physical tasks, including manual handling of freight cages and trolleys.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused and approachable style, with clear and friendly communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate technology skills, with confidence using digital tools to manage deliveries and records.
- A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to help others and contribute to shared goals.
- A proactive, reliable approach, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy and follow-through.
- The flexibility to respond to changing priorities and support a variety of workplace activities.
