We are looking for a Retail Licensing Coordinator, known in the business as DTR (Direct-to-Retailer) Coordinator, to join our Merchandise & Design team.
This role provides essential coordination and administrative support across our Direct-to-Retail licensed product portfolios. You will work closely with internal teams and external Licensors to support accurate forecasting, compliance, financial reporting and end to end governance processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, organisation and relationship management in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate DTR forecast and sales planning inputs across Buying, Planning, Commercial and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate tracking of forecasts, actuals and portfolio commitments.
- Support Finance with documentation for forecasting, accruals, royalty reporting and Minimum Guarantee tracking.
- Liaise with Licensors to ensure alignment on creative direction, brand requirements and approval expectations.
- Manage end‑to‑end approval submissions, maintaining clear records and audit trails.
- Upload forecasts, approvals and reporting into licensor portals and ensure compliance with licensor requirements.\
- Prepare and validate data for licensor audits, and support audit and royalty‑related queries.
- Coordinate logistics, materials and documentation for licensor meetings, reviews and summits, including action tracking and follow-ups.
- Support strong governance and consistent reporting practices across all DTR activity.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role - preferably within retail, merchandise, licensing, or commercial environments.
- Exposure to royalty reporting, financial administration or contract‑based processes (desirable).
- Strong communication skills - professional, clear, and proactive.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and approval processes.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Â
