We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead strategies to enhance instore picking and packing experience for our team members who pack our online orders using insights from fulfillment data to inform product decisions and optimise user engagement. Drive product discovery, create a product vision, and contribute to the Kmart and Target product strategy and roadmap to achieve organisational goals.Â
What you’ll be doing
As a Product Manager working for Kmart you will:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Utilise customer data and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Facilitate the balance of technological feasibility, customer needs, and business objectives to deliver innovative, user-centric products aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate research, data, and market analysis into product development
- Define and track success metrics, implementing agile methodologies, and ensuring UX/UI design principles enhance usability and satisfaction
- Manage product budgets and resources, coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed
- Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Provide mentorship to product managers and lead cross-functional teams/squads to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Share knowledge and insights through presentations, workshops, and internal communications to inspire and educate the teamÂ
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in a Product Manager role
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in leading agile and multi-disciplinary teams to define a customer centric end to end experience
- Extensive experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps that are informed by robust customer, operating model and market analysis
- Exceptional planning, communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiating Demonstrated capability to think strategically and understand business dynamics.
- Highly analytical, ability to capture and use data and insights to drive decision making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment to iterate and ship work that balances user and business needs
- Experience in online fulfillment is also desirable, but not essentialÂ
