We are seeking an experienced Planner for KHUB to play a critical role in refining, ranging, and optimising the Anko General Merchandise offer across the Target store network.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the allocation and refinement of the Anko range by store cluster, ensuring the right product is placed in the right stores based on sales performance, store footprint, and available space. While some stores will hold a full range, others will range selectively, requiring strong commercial judgement and data‑led decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine the Anko General Merchandise range across the Target network
• Translate pre‑defined range frameworks into store‑specific ranging decisions
• Determine product placement across stores based on sales, space, and store size
• Own and manage modules, ends, and flex space, ensuring optimal use of floor space
• Conduct post‑seasonal reviews, assessing range performance and identifying future opportunities
• Work closely with the Buyer to align range, space, and commercial strategy
• Partner cross‑functionally with Planning, Space, Inventory, and Merchandise teams
• Ensure the right product is in the right store at the right time, balancing availability, space constraints, and inventory
• Continuously refine the product mix to maximise sell‑through and store productivity

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Strong experience in merchandise or space planning within a large retail environment
• Proven ability to manage complex ranges across multiple store formats
• Highly analytical with a strong understanding of sales, space, and inventory principles
• Skilled collaborator, able to work effectively across buying, planning, and operational teams
• Commercially minded, with a passion for range optimisation and customer‑led outcomes
