We have an exciting new opportunity for a Performance Paid Social Marketing Executive to join our team! In this role, you will implement, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to drive sales, improve ROAS, and deliver against key business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
As a Performance Specialist working for Kmart you will:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Build, implement, and manage campaigns across paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-led optimisations to improve efficiency, conversions, and ROAS.
- Continuously test and refine audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements to drive performance uplift.
- Identify and implement platform-level optimisations, leveraging new features, betas, and automation opportunities.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports, clearly outlining results, learnings, and recommendations.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and spend to ensure alignment with forecasts and targets.
- Ensure best practice processes and governance are followed across all paid social activity.
- Troubleshoot campaign or platform issues and escalate where required.
- Support invoicing processes by reconciling campaign spend against finance records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and assets.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a performance marketing role, with a strong focus on paid social.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other social platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures, audience targeting, and optimisation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance outcomes including revenue growth and ROAS improvements.
- Experience testing creatives and scaling campaigns through data-led insights.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience with tracking frameworks and analytics platforms (e.g. GA4).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience with campaign invoicing and financial reconciliation processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
