We have an exciting new opportunity for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will provide campaign support through setup, QA, and hygiene monitoring.

What you’ll be doing

As a Performance Coordinator working for Kmart you will:          

• Conduct hygiene monitoring on live campaigns
• Prepare basic performance reports, ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor campaign pacing and spend.
• Support invoicing process by reconciling campaign spend against finance records
• Assist with monitoring campaigns and flagging issues to the Executive or Lead.
• Work with Executive, Lead and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  
  

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a performance marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency, retail company, or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEM and paid social.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and organisational ability.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Experience in campaign invoicing, financial reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with finance policies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
