Partnering with senior leaders across Technology, Data & AI and People & Capability, you'll help define how our organisation evolves through AI adoption, organisation design and workforce transformation. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change, design future-ready operating models and build the capability needed to help our people and business thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and implement Kmart Group's People Strategy in relation to AI readiness, adoption and workforce transformation.
- Develop enterprise wide strategic approaches to workforce capability uplift in response to evolving ways of working
- Drive organisation design, role evolution and operating model changes across the entire Enterprise to prepare the workforce for the future.
- Influence and partner with senior leaders across People & Capability, Technology, Data & AI and the broader business to shape the people agenda, drive strategic decision-making and deliver workforce transformation outcomes
- Lead executive engagement, governance and enterprise alignment activities, providing trusted advice and challenge on AI adoption, workforce impacts, organisation design, capability priorities and future operating model opportunities.
- Leverage external partnerships, industry insights and emerging trends to inform organisational strategies and capability development.
- Use workforce data, organisational insights and feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve outcomes.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
- Experience leading organisation design, operating model or enterprise transformation initiatives, gained within a large complex organisation and/or a consulting or advisory environment.
- Strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness, capability development and change enablement practices.
- Strong executive presence, with the credibility and influencing skills to engage senior leaders, navigate complexity and build alignment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data and insights to inform decisions.
- Experience redesigning operating models, organisational structures or ways of working to support strategic business objectives.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and storytelling skills.
- A collaborative approach, growth mindset and passion for helping people and organisations navigate change.
- Experience or a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, coupled with an understanding of how they can shape organisations, workforce capability and ways of working.
