We’re looking for 2 x Office Experience Coordinators to join our Property team and support the delivery of a seamless, safe and welcoming workplace experience at our new Kmart Group National Office.

In this hands-on, highly visible role, you’ll work closely with the Office Experience Lead and broader Workplace and Property teams to keep our office running smoothly day to day. From facilities coordination and access management to office support and events, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our team members and visitors.

What you’ll be doing
Â
- Provide day-to-day office experience and operational support across the National Office to ensure a safe, functional and welcoming workplace.
- Coordinate facilities activities including routine and reactive maintenance, daily tenancy checks, and escalation of issues to internal teams or external providers.
- Support access control and security processes, including issuing access cards, managing permissions, and ensuring visitor and contractor compliance.
- Coordinate meeting room and event bookings, including space setup, basic AV support, and liaison with stakeholders.
- Support office and team events, onboarding activities, and general administration tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage office supplies, mailroom and loading dock processes, and other logistical activities as required.
- Use internal systems to manage requests, track tasks and respond to workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with Workplace, Property, IT and People teams to support daily operations and continuous improvement across the office experience.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in a facilities, workplace, customer service or operational support role, ideally within a corporate or office-based environment.
- A strong customer service mindset, with a genuine passion for supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on safety, compliance and quality.
- Confidence using everyday office systems and tools, including Microsoft Office, calendars and internal request platforms.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A calm, professional attitude when managing issues, change or peak periods of demand.
