Are you ready to support a high‑performing team building the future of Stores Technology at Kmart Australia?  We’re looking for an Iteration Manager to help our Digital Stores teams stay aligned, make progress, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and team members.
Â
In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to keep delivery moving smoothly — not by managing projects, but by creating clarity, resolving competing priorities, and guiding teams toward shared outcomes.  If you excel at bringing people together and helping teams stay focused in a fast‑paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
Â
What you’ll be doing
Â
- Supporting teams to stay focused on the most important work and navigating conflicting priorities with stakeholders.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and rhythms that keep delivery flowing, including stand‑ups, planning, and retrospectives.
- Working with product, engineering, and business partners to align expectations and reduce friction.
- Helping unblock teams by identifying dependencies, risks, and issues early, and ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time.
- Coaching teams on delivery practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Creating visibility of progress, issues, and work‑in‑flight so stakeholders can make informed decisions.
- Helping maintain a healthy team environment where people feel supported, productive, and connected.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Â
- Experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role supporting agile delivery teams.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with an ability to influence without authority.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing needs.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity into fast‑moving environments.
- Understanding of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, and how to apply them pragmatically.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for visibility and collaboration.
- A collaborative mindset and a focus on enabling the team to succeed rather than controlling delivery.
Â
Perks and benefits we’ll offer you:
- Flexible hybrid working options through our Flex Where, Flex When, Flex Well policy, spending 60% of your week in our National Office
- We’ll provide multiple ways for you to learn from online micro-credentialing in Udemy, support to gain certifications to tech community events and more.
- Great career opportunities across the broader Wesfarmers Group.
- We offer inclusive leave and ongoing support for team members of all backgrounds and family circumstances.
- Free onsite parking when you’re required to come into the office.
- We want you to feel rewarded for your commitment and hard work that's why everyone gets the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
- A team member discount card that gives you a discount at Kmart, Target, Bunnings, and Officeworks.
- A free OnePass membership offering free delivery across Kmart &Â Target on eligible products.
- Access to the Kmart for You benefits program which entitles you to exclusive discounts and benefits in the areas of entertainment, travel, lifestyle, and health – with over 60 suppliers!
- Reflection room, space for prayer, meditation, or time for yourself.
- Wesfarmers is Kmart’s parent company and each year eligible employees can elect to purchase shares through a salary sacrifice arrangement.
