Kmart is continuing to invest in the technology that powers our Merchandise systems, creating a more unified experience across our brands. As part of the Merchandise Systems Consolidation Stream, we're bringing together a number of critical applications and integrations that support product development, planning, and merchandise operations.

We're looking for an Iteration Manager to join a dedicated squad delivering this transformation. Working across business, technology, and integration teams, you'll help coordinate the delivery of complex, highly connected solutions that enable systems and processes to operate seamlessly across both brands.

What you’ll be doing

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and helping the squad maintain a sustainable and predictable delivery cadence.
• Coordinating work across engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and dependent teams to keep delivery moving.
• Supporting the planning and execution of complex system integrations across multiple applications and platforms.
• Driving visibility of risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress across the program.
• Working closely with technical leads to understand integration requirements, API-based solutions, and deployment considerations.
• Building strong relationships across Kmart and Target teams to support change adoption and alignment.
• Maintaining delivery artefacts, reporting, and team telemetry to support planning and decision making.
• Helping establish practical ways of working that support both delivery outcomes and team effectiveness.
• Supporting the squad through deployment, stabilisation, and post-release activities to ensure successful business adoption.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Experience working as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar role within a technology delivery environment.
• Confidence facilitating discussions involving engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working on integration-heavy programs, ideally involving APIs, distributed systems, or enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery risks across multiple teams.
• A pragmatic approach to Agile delivery, with the ability to adapt ways of working to suit the needs of the team and program.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and drive outcomes when required.
• Exposure to merchandise, retail, product lifecycle management, or enterprise systems transformations is advantageous but not essential.
• Consulting, systems integration, or large-scale business transformation experience will be highly regarded.
