As our supply chain and digital capabilities continue to evolve, we're looking for an Fulfilment Optimisation Analyst to help unlock the full potential of our Order Management & Fulfilment Platform Manhattan Active Omni).

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in driving data-led decision making, automation and continuous improvement across our fulfilment network. Working closely with operational, technology and business stakeholders, you'll help shape how we use analytics and emerging technologies to improve customer outcomes and operational performance.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

As a Fulfilment Optimisation Analyst, you'll leverage data, analytics and AI-enabled insights to identify opportunities that improve the performance of Kmart's fulfilment network.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Analysing fulfilment and network performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Developing automated reporting, analytical workflows and decision-support tools that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce cancellations, order splits, mis-routes, service level breaches and fulfilment costs.
  • Translating complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and system improvements.
  • Partnering with Supply Chain, Technology, Online and Operations teams to influence decisions and drive optimisation initiatives.
  • Supporting continuous improvement through experimentation, innovation and the adoption of advanced analytics and automation techniques.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

 

  • Experience with Manhattan Active Omni (or like platform) (expand this to say technical and operational) (Must have for this role, desirable for Analyst)
  • Background in Operations, Product or Technology within a retail or supply chain environment
  • Experience in an analytics, supply chain, fulfilment or operational improvement role.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Power BI or similar data visualisation and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting business decisions through data-driven insights and performance reporting.
  • Exposure to online fulfilment, logistics, retail operations or omnichannel environments.
  • A passion for process improvement, automation and using technology to solve complex business challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes.
  • A proactive mindset, commercial acumen and a drive to continuously improve ways of working.
