We’re looking for a Facilities Team Support professional to join our Property team and help keep our national facilities operations running seamlessly.

In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes - ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and enabling our field teams to deliver maintenance and services efficiently. What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting facilities and maintenance activities across the network through strong administrative coordination
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices and variations, ensuring accuracy against approved scopes and contracted rates
  • Maintaining accurate records of facilities work, costs and service activities to support effective operations and reporting
  • Coordinating contractor compliance documentation, ensuring all records are current and audit-ready
  • Assisting with accrual processes and financial tracking to improve cost accuracy and reporting outcomes
  • Acting as a key administrative point of contact for service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting communication between field teams, contractors and support functions to enable timely service delivery
  • Contributing to reporting, data accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Experience in an administrative, facilities, maintenance or property-related environment
  • Strong financial administration skills, including invoice processing, purchase orders or similar transactional work
  • Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba or similar platforms
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and reactive environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Confidence working with data, reporting and maintaining accurate documentation
