Join the team
We’re looking for a Facilities Data Analyst to join our national Facilities team, playing a critical role in transforming complex maintenance and asset data into clear, decision-ready insight. This role sits at the centre of our Integrated Facilities Management model, ensuring data accuracy, transparency and governance across a large and dynamic store network.
You’ll partner closely with our IFM provider, Finance and senior stakeholders to bring visibility to cost drivers, asset performance and operational risk, enabling smarter, faster decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data at scale and wants to influence commercial outcomes, improve asset performance and strengthen governance across a national portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and govern national maintenance and asset data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems
- Validate and reconcile IFM-provided data, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions
- Analyse maintenance trends, repeat failures and high-risk asset categories to surface actionable insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support repair vs replace decisions and lifecycle planning
- Partner with Facilities and Finance to validate cost drivers, forecasts and recovery opportunities
- Enable landlord recovery strategies through robust, evidence-based analysis
- Deliver clear, consistent reporting for Facilities, Finance and executive stakeholders
- Translate complex datasets into simple, commercially relevant insights to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardise reporting, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting capability and system maturity

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in a data analytics role, ideally within facilities, maintenance or asset-intensive environments
- Strong capability in analysing large datasets and translating them into actionable business insights
- Advanced skills in data tools and platforms (including Microsoft Excel and reporting systems)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, validation and governance
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link data insights to cost, risk and operational outcomes
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes through data
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
