If you enjoy coordinating moving parts, building strong relationships and improving how things are done, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Sourcing, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality and service outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external/overseas suppliers
  • Ensuring all equipment meets company policies, manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve delivery models, processes and ways of working
  • Providing training, documentation and guidance to support safe equipment use and process consistency
  • Overseeing financial responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting and cost-saving initiatives

You’ll also bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, equipment management or similar
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers and coordinating delivery schedules
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience identifying process improvements and implementing efficiencies
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate with diverse groups
  • A commitment to safety, compliance and high-quality execution
