Kmart Group is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join our Digital Product Development team. Being a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional, and Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Development (Global), this newly created role is responsible for managing PLM platforms within Kmart's enterprise retail environment, serving as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PLM platforms (Centric PLM and/or TradeBeyond highly desirable), a strong background in business analysis within enterprise retail environments, and proven expertise in requirements gathering, API integration, and data mapping.

What you’ll be doing
Â
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications, authoring API integration user stories, and leading stakeholder workshops.
- Managing and prioritising product backlogs across multiple concurrent PLM workstreams from inception to deployment.
- Identifying gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, designing scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Supporting data migration, validating data integrity, and ensuring seamless integration across PLM and connected systems.
- Defining test strategies, coordinating UAT, and tracking vendor SLA compliance.
- Developing change management strategies, creating training materials, and providing day-to-day user support.
- Coordinating multi-vendor ecosystems and leading Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identifying and escalating project risks and issues to leadership.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Minimum 10+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms within retail/manufacturing domain.
- Hands-on experience with Centric PLM and/or TradeBeyond platforms (highly desirable).
- Strong technical practice in requirements management, API integration, and data mapping.
- Extensive experience with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Advanced skills in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
- Change management experience including user training and adoption strategies.
- Working knowledge of product development to sourcing processes (Kmart Merchandise experience highly desirable).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strategic thinking, strong facilitation skills, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
