The Kmart Digital team plays a key role in shaping the online and in‑store experiences for millions of customers.  We work across web, mobile, personalisation, payments, and the broader digital ecosystem to deliver products that are simple, intuitive, and customer‑centred.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across the business to help deliver digital solutions that improve the way customers discover, shop, and interact with Kmart online.  This is a great opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment where your work has real impact on how customers experience our brand.
This role sits within the Kmart Digital team and will be support the Online Order Fulfilment Platform (OMFP) program for a 6‑month fixed term period.  OMFP plays a critical role in how online orders flow through our network and into customers’ hands.  You’ll work closely with digital, fulfilment, and supply chain stakeholders to help deliver improvements across this space.

What you’ll be doingÂ
Â
- Working with business and technology teams to understand requirements across digital and online fulfilment initiatives.
- Facilitating workshops to unpack problems, clarify scope, and align stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Supporting Agile delivery ceremonies including story refinement, planning, and reviews.
- Working closely with engineers, product managers, and delivery leads to shape fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Helping stakeholders understand impacts to systems, processes, and customer experience.
- Contributing analysis and insight to support improvements across online order management and fulfilment workflows.
- Building strong working relationships across Digital, Fulfilment, and Supply Chain teams.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology delivery environment.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Confidence working in environments with multiple teams and competing priorities.
- Exposure to ecommerce, online fulfilment, order management, or supply chain domains is highly advantageous.
- A practical, outcomes‑focused mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
