We're looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our People & Capability team and help deliver a meaningful and rewarding experience for team members across Kmart and Target.
Â
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting and enhancing our benefits programs, ensuring team members can access the perks and recognition that make Kmart Group a great place to work. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll help drive engagement, support service recognition programs, and ensure our benefits offering remains relevant, competitive and valued by teams across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Â
- Manage the administration of team member benefits programs across Kmart and Target.
- Maintain and enhance the Brighter Benefits offering, ensuring content, promotions and communications remain current and engaging.
- Coordinate the service recognition program, including milestone certificates, awards, gifts and team member recognition initiatives.
- Support the administration of the team member discount card program, including processing requests and resolving queries.
- Manage day-to-day fleet administration activities, including vendor relationships, payroll deductions, reconciliations and data validation.
- Maintain strong relationships with external benefits providers and key internal stakeholders across stores, distribution centres and national office.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries through Benefits inboxes, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Process invoices and support administrative activities for the Remuneration & Benefits team.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to help ensure the benefits offering remains competitive and aligned to team member needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support compliance, governance and business requirements.
 To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in Human Resources, rewards, benefits administration or a similar administrative role.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, including basic to intermediate Excel skills, as well as Word and PowerPoint
- Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse workforce.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience using SuccessFactors or another HRIS platform would be highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits-related information clearly to different audiences.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering great service outcomes.
- The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership and accountability for your area of responsibility.
