What you’ll be doing

Department Managers play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our stores. You’ll use data to track performance, forecast sales, and manage budgets to maximise productivity and deliver results.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Operations: Take ownership of a designated department, driving performance and ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Deliver Customer Excellence: Lead teams to provide exceptional service by implementing insights and driving continuous improvement.
  • Build Team Capability: Recruit, coach, and train team members to foster a high-performance culture and strong engagement.
  • Manage Inventory & Online Operations: Oversee stock flow and lead online fulfilment processes.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety processes, deliver training, and promote a safe work environment.

 

Total Fixed Compensation (inclusive of superannuation) $90,000 - $96,000.
