Kmart Store Operations Managers play a critical role in driving store performance and team success through operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and strong compliance across our stores.
As a key member of the store leadership team, you are responsible for supporting financial outcomes while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Leadership & Motivation – Drive performance and engagement through recognition, coaching, and the effective management of development and underperformance.
✅ Strategic Thinking – Drive continuous improvement by analysing issues, strengthening store processes, and implementing systems that enable consistent outcomes.
