We are looking to transform our existing domestic fulfilment network with purpose-built, automated Distribution Centres thus alleviating the pressures on capacity and capability seen through continue growth, changing market conditions and evolving customer needs. We're currently looking for a National Project Manager to lead our transformation program across our NZ market. You will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing delivery of our overall Kmart Strrategy through smooth Project Management across the distribution and fulfilment space. 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

As our National Project Manager working for Kmart you will:          

  • Lead the overall leadership of the NZ Project exectuition covering operational, automation, propery and people impact. 

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders 

  • Project management and execution of agreed network initiatives eg WA DC, Best Practice, Supply Chain future network

  • Instil a culture of continuous improvement throughout the entire DC and transport network

  • Provide senior level input into the ongoing development of a leading Supply Chain strategy and network
     

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
 

  • Sound project management skills and disciplines 

  • Extensive supply chain operational experise with proven track record of implementing successful large scale, innovative, integrated supply chain 

  • Substantial knowledge of best practices in supply chain 

  • Extensive people development and management skills

  • Experience and exposure to major retail business
