KAS Pty Ltd (KAS) and Target Australia Sourcing (TAS) are part of the Anko Sourcing. We are now looking for a Assistant Merchandiser join our GM Merchandising (Food, Events & Beauty) team. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking for further development in Sourcing industry.

Job Accountabilities

• Assist production merchandisers in handling daily merchandising duties.

• Work closely with suppliers and factories on ordering and production schedules.

• Perform sample checking & prepare shipment samples send out for buyers’ approval.

• Update merchandising systems to ensure production statuses are accurate.

• Coordinate with other departments for inspection process including inspection booking, sample testings etc.

• Perform additional duties to meet with the Company’s needs as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in business admin, supply chain, or related.

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience; previous experience with large retailers is beneficial.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision, manage multi-tasks, set priorities, work with diverse background of people from different levels.

• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and good team player.

• Ability in problem solving.
